POSITION OVERVIEW

The Central Enablement Lead (CET Lead) serves as Chief of Staff to the Executive Director and is a pivotal strategic and operational leader within Vines Institute.
Operating under the strategic vision of the Executive Director, this is a phased leadership role beginning with a focus on client acquisition and talent recruitment and evolving into a core executive function that guides shared services, enables cross-functional alignment, and ensures smooth execution of strategic priorities.

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Health Administration, Strategic Communication, or related field (postgraduate desirable but not essential)
  • 5+ years of cross-functional experience across:
  • Strategic operations
  • Growth, marketing, or outreach
  • Talent acquisition or enablement
  • Client journey/experience roles
  • Systems or project management
  • Competence in digital tools: marketing platforms, CRMs, project management systems, and Google Workspace
  • Background in allied health, education, consulting, or mission-led organisations a plus
Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and implement client acquisition strategies across digital, referral, and outreach channels
  • Oversee marketing campaigns in collaboration with our external agency
  • Coordinate talent acquisition aligned to Vines Therapy and Institute workforce plans
  • Supervise a part-time Client Engagement Consultant
  • Track KPIs for outreach, campaign effectiveness, and recruitment funnels

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the Central Enablement Team (client, growth, and business enablement functions)
  • Operationalise quarterly plans and institute-wide projects set by the Executive Director
  • Manage internal rhythms: team standups, reporting cycles, and quarterly reviews
  • Embed cultural rituals and communication systems
  • Develop internal documentation, SOPs, and strategic dashboards
  • Prepare for and support onboarding of future CET roles (e.g. Culture Lead, Growth Coordinator)
  • Collaborate with clinical, research, program, and future venture teams to ensure cohesive delivery of shared services
