Our Groundskeepers help maintain the exterior grounds of our 16 hotels and staff accommodation properties in Banff, Canmore, and Lake Louise—keeping our properties safe, beautiful, and welcoming all year long. This is a hands-on, physical role that takes place outdoors in all types of weather.

Key Responsibilities

  • General lawn care: mowing, edging, trimming, and watering
  • Planting, watering, weeding, and deadheading flowers
  • Sweeping walkways, tidying outdoor areas, and maintaining curb appeal
  • Picking up litter around hotel exteriors and staff accommodation areas
  • Seasonal tasks such as snow removal and salting walkways (as needed)
  • Supporting landscaping projects across multiple properties
  • Ensuring outdoor guest and staff spaces remain safe and clean
  • Other maintenance or groundskeeping tasks as assigned

What We’re Looking For

  • Physically fit and comfortable with labour-intensive, outdoor work
  • A self-starter with strong attention to detail and pride in your work
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible schedule – weekend and holiday availability may be required
  • A valid Alberta Class 5 driver’s license (or international/provincial equivalent) is a strong asset

This is a seasonal, full-time summer position with the potential to transition into a year-round role for the right candidate.
