We are seeking a skilled Surveyor to join our team at ePlan Energy in Dudley, Birmingham and the surrounding areas. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our plumbing and heating projects meet the highest standards of quality and safety, contributing to our commitment to excellent service.

• Conduct site surveys to assess plumbing and heating requirements.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation based on survey findings.
• Collaborate with the installation team to ensure project specifications are met.
• Provide expert advice on materials and methods for plumbing installations.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of surveys and project progress.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding project updates.
• Assist in training junior staff on surveying techniques.
• Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Surveyor or similar role in the plumbing or heating industry.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and installation practices.
• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools relevant to the trade.
• Excellent mechanical knowledge with problem-solving skills.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills for client interactions.
• Preferably gas qualified
