Complete workflow tasks and other assignments to the IC Responsible Position in the Agency’s electronic medical record. Participate in coordinating care with nurses, social workers, chaplains, patients, and caregivers. Provide effective communication to patients, staff members, other health care professionals and referral sources. Respond to Agency and patient needs in a professional and creative manner. Promote the Agency philosophy and administrative policies to ensure quality of care. Hours: 10am – 7pm CST weekend rotation for on-call.
