In line with our business expansion, we would like to invite qualified and candidates to fill the following position at Delima Oil Products Sdn Bhd Job Description Responsibilities Deliver KPI results and monitor overall sales performance and achievements. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to increase market share and enhance brand visibility. Manage account receivables, control market returns, and ensure strong product presence in the market. Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. Oversee new product listings to ensure timely execution and negotiate listing and pricing fees with customers. Ensure timely and accurate submission of all customer and business partner claims. Drive new product development initiatives and expand market penetration. Work closely with customers on annual promotional calendar planning, ensuring alignment with overall marketing plans. Collaborate with the marketing team on POSM requisitions, product penetration objectives, and internal communication alignment. Prepare and submit accurate inventory and stock forecasts within the stipulated timelines. Conduct regular market audits to monitor competitor activities and ensure optimal product visibility. Analyze sales data and market trends by customer to identify growth opportunities and optimize performance. Manage and allocate the A&P budget effectively to support marketing campaigns and promotional activities. Collaborate closely with business partners through monthly sales reviews to ensure alignment, identify growth opportunities, and drive continuous improvement. Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors from time to time. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in Key Account Management / Sales / Trade Marketing, preferably in the FMCG industry. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating a sales team. Independent, results-driven, and able to work cross-functionally. Possess own transport and willing to travel when required. FGV is always on the lookout for talents who are able to contribute positively to the Group.
