Description t Rosauers Supermarkets, our production team is where quality ingredients meet great teamwork. As a Central Kitchen Production Clerk, you’ll help prepare fresh sandwiches, salads, and specialty items that are distributed to all our in-town store locations. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, perfect for someone who takes pride in consistent quality and enjoys being part of a hardworking, supportive team. What You'll Do: Prepare and assemble sandwiches, salads, and other deli items for storewide distribution Receive, unload, organize, and stock incoming deliveries of products and supplies Follow established procedures to label, track, and stock items properly. Operate deli equipment including knives, slicers, ovens, and steamers safely and effectively Update displays, cases and other customer-facing areas to ensure new items and promotions are showcased. Ensure work areas are ready to service customers by cleaning surfaces, equipment and floors, and removing trash. Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures established by the company and other regulatory agencies. Cooperate with others to ensure customer satisfaction.
