Full-time or Part-time ***This position is in office***   *Previous MDS experience required* Avalon is looking for experienced MDS nurses to join their Central MDS team. This role is viewed as a key financial and clinical member of the management team.    Qualifications * Must have a current, active license to practice as an Registered Nurse (RN) in State of practice. * Must be well-versed in inter-personal communications. * Must be familiar with the RAI process and Case Management. * Must be able to read, write, and speak English. * Must meet all local health regulation and pass post-employment physical exam if required. This requirement also includes drug screening, criminal background investigation and reference inquiry.
