Are you an experienced maintenance professional ready to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for a proactive and capable Maintenance Supervisor to support the smooth and efficient operation of maintenance activities across the Central Waikato IDC. Te kōwhiringa | The Opportunity  In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering contract outcomes by overseeing a wide range of maintenance and construction projects throughout the year. From planning and programming to execution and reporting, you’ll help ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities: * Assist in managing maintenance contracts and allocated construction projects * Support delivery of maintenance programmes, including Winter Maintenance and Emergency/Incident Response * Contribute to maintenance strategy development, pricing, planning, and scheduling * Monitor project performance, including construction progress and claims processes * Help optimise resource use to achieve contract targets and client satisfaction * Build and support a strong, motivated team across internal staff and subcontractors * Maintain positive stakeholder relationships through clear, open communication Nga pūkenga matua | Important Skills We’re looking for a well-rounded professional with strong experience in maintenance or construction environments, who can confidently lead teams, manage projects, and deliver high-quality outcomes.
