EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma required. An Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field from a Commission-approved, accredited college or university is preferred.

• Provide communication through 2-way radio to support coordination among schools, bus drivers, and district operations.
• Receive and process incoming communications, including phone calls and radio transmissions.
• Respond to inquiries and emergencies, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Monitor transportation systems and vehicle operations to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Train new bus drivers and staff on communication protocols and operational procedures.
• Assist drivers and supervisors with clear and effective communication via radio and telephone.
• Check all voice messages promptly, responding or forwarding them as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with transportation policies and regulatory requirements by performing routine tasks within defined parameters under clearly established processes.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
