THE ROLE
The Central Operations Project Manager will be responsible for leading and executing multi-site, cross-functional process improvement projects across various aspects of operations, including logistics, training, process changes, and warehouse management systems (WMS) enhancements. Projects will range in scope from optimization initiatives to supporting growth markets when required. The Central Operations Project Manager will report to the California GM, with a dotted line to the VP of Ops for initiatives that are derived outside of the California supply chain.
This role requires a strategic thinker and proactive leader who can collaborate effectively with stakeholders across departments to ensure successful project delivery. Key responsibilities include identifying areas for improvement, developing and implementing project plans, coordinating resources, and ensuring all project activities align with company goals. The Operations Project Manager will also drive process standardization and best practice implementation across sites, track project performance, and communicate progress to leadership. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in supply chain or logistics operations and a proven track record of leading large-scale projects with measurable impact.
