You'll manage a variety of tasks crucial to maintaining smooth customer service and sales operations while ensuring customer satisfaction.    OVERVIEW OF YOUR DAILY TASKS:  * Monitor builder portals daily * Review incoming purchase orders by commodity to verify accuracy of requested materials * Utilize programs to calculate area dimensions and accurately determine material quantities * Develop color floor plans and wall tile diagrams and upload to house files * Schedule installation according to builder timelines, lead times, and availability * Manage and resolve revisions, material backorders, installation related issues and scheduling conflicts * Manage and respond to builder communications, purchasing managers, field superintendents and internal departments  * Run multiple reports as needed * Maintain accurate records and databases SKILLS/EXPERIENCE TO HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: * Typing speed of at least 40 WPM preferred * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Adaptability and flexibility in a changing environment * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work setting * Professional demeanor in all forms of communication * Strong multitasking abilities * Accurate and efficient data entry skills * High-level problem-solving capabilities * Leadership qualities, including a sense of urgency and initiative * Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently * Capability to complete tasks within specified timeframes BENEFITS OF WORKING WITH OUR TEAM: * Medical, Dental and Vision coverage * 401K * Paid Holidays * Vacation and Personal Time * Employee appreciation events “Flooring Services and our affiliated entities are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
