Our R&D department based in Nonantola (MO) is a center of global competence for Compact Hydraulic products Job Description We are looking for a candidate to join the Central Quality Department to support a new strategic project aimed at digitalizing quality control processes in the production environment through the implementation of the new BABTEC software. The intern will work alongside the Quality team in data collection, preliminary analyses, and structured data entry of production processes into the new system. Main Responsibilities Collecting, organizing, and verifying data related to production processes. Entering and updating data in the BABTEC software. Supporting the mapping and digitalization of quality controls. Collaborating with the Quality team and production functions to gather technical information and documentation. Preparing Excel files and operational documentation to support the project. Providing assistance in functional testing of the new tool and validating the data entered (if required). Qualifications Technical Skills Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (tables, filters, formatting, basic functions). Good command of English (B1/B2 level). Interest in quality, production processes, and information systems. Soft Skills Flexibility and proactive attitude. Accuracy and strong attention to detail. Teamwork mindset and ability to collaborate with multiple business functions. Good organizational skills and ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
