OVERVIEW
McHur Care is seeking a Regional Manager to lead and support multiple locations across our Central Texas region. This role is essential in driving operational excellence, ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting staff, and maintaining the highest standards of client care. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong business acumen and a passion for delivering quality behavioral healthcare services.
This is a travel-heavy role that requires consistent, in-person site visits and the ability to lead cross-functional teams across multiple office locations.
REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
Deep understanding of healthcare operations and business strategy
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related tools
Ability to travel regionally up to 25%
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
Minimum 5 years of experience in multi-site leadership or strategic consulting
Proven success managing remote teams and driving performance outcomes

Provide on-site leadership and regular support to clinical teams and site administrators.
Ensure all regional offices meet performance standards in client care, compliance, training, staff engagement, and operational efficiency.
Act as a liaison between corporate leadership and regional locations to clearly communicate updates, expectations, and performance goals.
Conduct audits, walkthroughs, and staff evaluations to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and training efforts in partnership with HR and department leads.
Lead crisis response processes and ensure clinical alignment with McHur Care standards.
Resolve employee concerns and performance issues with professionalism and timeliness.
Facilitate ongoing team meetings to reinforce expectations and share critical updates.
Drive a positive, accountable, and mission-aligned culture across all Central Texas sites.
