The Regional Sales Manager, Allen & Heath U.S.A is responsible for supporting the Director of National Sales, and all dealers and endusers within a given territory for AM&S Pro Audio brands, specifically Allen & Heath. The Regional Sales Manager, Allen & Heath U.S.A. will report directly to the Director of National Sales, Allen & Heath U.S.A.

Requirements

  • Field sales experience of 5 to 7 years preferably in the Pro AV Industry with relevant dealer relationships in the territory
  • Proven track record of ability to lead independent Pro Audio and MI Rep Firms
  • Strong understanding of Allen & Heath products and the Pro Audio Industry, including integration
  • An experienced leader with appropriate Pro AV experience.
  • Familiarity with digital mixing consoles, professional audio systems and processing, control systems
  • Experience in Pro A/V integration, integration products, and processes
  • An energetic, forward-thinking, and creative individual with high ethical standards and an appropriate professional image.
  • Experienced educator and presenter in educational product seminars, Web training sessions, video presentations, streaming sessions, and Zoom/MS Teams meetings.
  • Excellent working skills within Microsoft Office environment
  • Knowledge and use of advanced selling skills, including consultative selling and use of relationship selling, and executiv
Responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:

  • #1 responsibility is to achieve sales goals and revenue targets for the Allen & Heath brand.
  • Develop and support customer relationships through the Rep and Dealer channel.
  • Provide direction, coordination, and support to independent Allen & Heath Rep Firms in the Central United States.
  • Manage and motivate Rep firms to help them achieve their Allen & Heath sales goals.
  • Train, develop, and mentor independent Allen & Heath Rep firms and their staff.
  • Ensure that sales performance and Rep activity are consistent with AM&S principles and objectives.
  • Support and manage key accounts in the assigned region.
  • Support and administer consistent sales training programs for Reps and Dealers
  • Introduce new products to Reps, Dealers, and Customers
  • Develop and provide training collateral for Reps and Dealers
  • Work closely with Marketing and other AM&S teams to develop opportunities, strategies, and sales campaigns.
  • Represent AM&S and the Allen & Heath brand at national and regional trade shows to promote products.
  • Responsible for monitoring and reporting relevant competitive activity in the marketplace.
  • Work closely with the sales team and customer support to ensure customer order fulfillment and special orders to serve

customer needs.

  • A minimum of 50% Travel is required throughout the territory.
  • Provide training curriculum to teach Reps and dealers how to sell, demo, configure, and install systems.
  • Gather information and requests for needed features and enhancements to current product portfolio and relay to the Director

of National Sales.

  • Organize and conduct regional training events in partnership with Key Accounts, Dealers, and the Director of National Sales.
  • Interface directly with Dealers, Design Engineers, End-Users, and Consultants in helping them to design and implement Allen &

Heath products and systems.
