  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with hotel PMS/booking systems (training provided if required).
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a professional and highly organised Central Reservations Administrator to join our central support team. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth handling of guest reservations across our group of hotels, supporting our operational teams, and maintaining our reputation for outstanding hospitality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and process incoming reservations across all hotels in the group via phone, email, and online booking systems.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of booking details within the central reservations system.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to guests, travel agents, and corporate clients.
  • Liaise with individual hotel teams to confirm availability, special requests, and booking amendments.
  • Assist with reporting, data entry, and administrative support for the reservations department.
  • Uphold company standards and contribute to maximising occupancy and revenue.
