OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE:

• Reporting to the Central Reservation Manager, the Reservations Agent will take reservation calls and live chat enquiries for all of our hotels across Ireland, the UK and Continental Europe.

• Making reservations for our 50+ hotels across Ireland, the UK and Continental Europe.
• Answer live chat queries from our websites.
• Processing and issuing gift vouchers
• Helping customers with queries.
• Daily Reporting duties
