Salary: £28,000 per year + Performance Bonus

About the Role:
As a Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in driving corporate event bookings and revenue. Working closely with Business Development Managers and Event Planners, you will convert enquiries into confirmed bookings, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the growth of our corporate event business.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Responding to and managing sales enquiries via telephone and email
  • Following up promptly to convert enquiries into bookings
  • Securing venue showrounds for clients and planners
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Issuing contracts and ensuring smooth handover to Event Planners
  • Cross-selling across multiple venues in and around Bristol
  • Proactively contacting past clients and lapsed accounts to boost repeat business
  • Monitoring competitor activity and using market intelligence to maintain our competitive edge
  • Keeping accurate sales reports and maintaining booking system compliance
  • Supporting sales and marketing campaigns, including attending local and national showcases
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to maximize satisfaction and repeat business
