Responsibilities

You will work closely with the entire Sales team to manage inbound enquiries with the aim to schedule new business viewing for the Field Sales Managers to conduct. You will be responsible for maintain the data input in CRM which includes logging new enquiries and updating accounts as they progress through the sales cycle to help with sales forecasts and reporting. You’ll also work closely with our Agent/Broker partners to ensure we are actioning enquiries in a timely manner whilst also improving relationships to maximise potential business. You will:

  • Manage inbound sales enquiries via the CRM
  • Maintain a strong and active pipeline for current and future available office space
  • Work closely with the Field Sales team and manage their diaries.
  • Broker/ Agent Relationships and event planning
  • Collaboration with Marketing dept to create targeted campaigns to maximise organic enquiry numbers and help maintain sales collateral
  • Contributing to and supporting the company in achieving its growth objectives KPI’s
  • Number of viewings booked per month, targeted on number of units available
  • Conversion of relevant enquiries to completed 1st viewings
  • Broker and Agent relationship building through events and training workshops
