Weekly Working Hours: 40 As a Central Services Clerk for the Central Collections department, duties include the following: Responsible for accurately processing document collections through automated functions, process recovery of fraud checks, process Bill of Ladings, processing of foreign checks/foreign currencies, reactivating Inactive/Dormant accounts, process Bonds and maintain daily reports. Provide quality customer service for departments and customers including resolving issues and processing problems. Provide analysis of monthly statistical reports. Requirements Candidate must be detailed oriented with analytical and problem-solving skills. Must have working knowledge of database and MS Office applications. Other duties as assigned.
