Description
We are looking for a motivated team player to join our team. If you are passionate about learning new things, are self-motivated, detail orientated, and being part of a vital healthcare team, this role is for you! Our teams perform around 2,600 cases per year. Main Responsibilities: Clean and sterilize all the tools needed for the surgeries at CentraCare Monticello! After the doctors and teams are finished with a surgery it is up to our Central Processing Team to clean and sterilize all the surgical equipment. Ensure patient safety and decrease infectious risk to our patients. Responsible to properly decontaminate, disinfect, sterilize, inspect, inventory, and distribute surgical equipment/tools and instruments in a quality and timely manner. Use new technology to keep record of instrument tracking systems, inventory management, and more! Schedule: Full-time; 80 hours every two weeks Day shift; 8am-4:30pm No weekends or holidays! Pay and Benefits: Starting at $19.76 per hour; however, we pay more for experience. Pay range: $19.76 - $29.91 per hour Benefits include medical, dental, vacation accrual, retirement, and employee discounts. Qualifications: Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) within 18 months of hire Knowledge of Medical Terminology Basic Computer Knowledge We will train you to do the rest!
