KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Must be proficient user of the D365, fax, scanner, and Mirosoft Office systems: Word, Excel, and

Ability or willingness to work with computerized Court docketing system.
Good reading, logic, and writing skills.
Ability to address problems, issues, and complaints tactfully, courteously, and effectively.
Ability to classify accounting transaction, maintain and reconcile accounting, close-out accounts and prepare
Reports and statements.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, administrators and the general public.
Ability to remain flexible to changes in assignments or situations, priorities and handle frequent interruptions.
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
Ability to understand and apply available court guidelines and explain guidelines to the general public.

Ability to maintain the highest level of strict confidentiality.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Associate Degree in Business accounting or related field.
Three years of experience as a bookkeeper IV.
Required to pass a pre-employment drug test.
Required to pass a pre-employment background check.
Must have a current and valid Washington State Driver’s License and own transportation.
Must be notary public, or ability to obtain within six months of appointment.
Must have never been convicted of a felon; never been convicted of a misdemeanor within one years of appointment.
