Department description: Centralised Monitoring (CM) and Centralised Statistical Monitoring (CSM) are a part of Risk-based Quality Management. Centralised Monitoring leads work with global and clinical project teams guiding them through the study de-risking exercise, helping to identify areas critical to study quality, as well as understand critical data and processes, risks associated with these processes and measures to control such risks.
