JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for the day-to-day drug & supply activities and processes in the warehouse department. The Associate will be responsible for all warehouse department process documentation, measures, daily warehouse activities. The Associate will work closely with Centralized Procurement Buyers, Pharmacy Services and Pharmacy Operations leadership, distributors on drug and supply process related projects. This position will report to the Warehouse Supervisor and be a back up to the leader as needed.
Demonstrates working knowledge of all facets of role, relevant regulations, and organizational and departmental policies and procedures. Performs other duties and projects as assigned. Performs all duties in accordance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies and procedures.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

Education :

  • High school education required.
  • Associate degree in purchasing management preferred.

Certifications/Licenses :

  • Licensed Pharmacy Technician preferred.

Previous Experience :

  • 2+ years warehouse experience
  • Proven process improvement skills
  • Customer Service experience

  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook required.

Standard Core Workdays/Hours :

  • Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
