We are hiring apermanent full-time Centralized Support Specialist. The position will beresponsible for monitoring and executing on incoming customer and dealerpersonnel calls with the intent of quickly addressing Precision Ag, Technicaland Parts inquiries. The candidate will perform remote diagnostics usingService Advisor, build and maintain templates in Expert Services, assistinternal employees with technical support cases and assist with machinemonitoring responsibilities.
You must be thoroughlyfamiliar with current John Deere large Ag equipment and Technology.

You must be able to workextended hours during Spring and Fall.
Wage range: $80,000 -$90,000/annum, depending on experience.
