Busy Bees Dargaville is looking for a Centre Administrator to support our kaiako, whānau and Centre Manager in a role that brings warmth, accuracy and clear communication to our daily mahi. This role is fun and varied, it includes: Greeting parents, visitors and tamariki and support positive daily interactions Managing enrolment and attendance information in Discover and other systems Supporting invoicing, receipting and basic debtor follow up Answering phone calls, emails and day to day enquiries Preparing reports and support compliance and licensing requirements Coordinating information between the centre and Support Office Assisting the Centre Manager with general admin and organisational tasks Helping with events, parent evenings and community connections About You | Mōu You are a warm and professional who thrives in a busy environment. Your background and skills will include: 3+ years' administration experience in a similar environment You have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to connect with whānau from diverse backgrounds You are tech savvy, comfortable learning new software and have the ability to multi task and work with initiative You have high attention to detail, confidentiality and accuracy in all record keeping Knowledge of ECE legislation, funding, and WINZ subsidies is highly preferred Why Join Our Team? | He aha koe i hono ai ki tō mātou tīma? Responsibilities
The Centre Administrator will manage daily administrative tasks including enrolment, attendance, invoicing, and reporting. They will also act as the first point of contact for parents and visitors while supporting the Centre Manager with compliance and community events.
