Exciting News! We are opening a brand-new centre in Niagara, and we’re looking for enthusiastic, skilled Instructor Therapists to join our growing team! This is a fantastic opportunity to help shape a new centre while making a positive impact in the community.
WHAT WE DO
Our services support individuals aged 18 months to adults using Applied Behavioural Analysis (ABA) approaches including IBI, ESDM, and ACT. Our therapists work closely with families through parent consultation and community integration programs.
SKILLS & STRENGTHS WE VALUE
· Experience implementing ABA therapy with children/young adults (asset)
· Strong organizational and clinical judgment skills
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively
· Professional communication with families, staff, and community members
· Adaptability to work in multiple environments and fast-paced settings
· Open to feedback and continuous learning
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
· Diploma/Certificate in Autism and Behavioural Sciences (preferred) or equivalent
· 6 months to 1 year experience implementing ABA programs (preferred)
· Standard First Aid & CPR (required)
· Clear Vulnerable Sector Check
· Driver’s license and reliable vehicle (preferred)
· PECS training, Crisis Management certification, or curriculum assessment experience considered assets

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour

Prepare and organize teaching environment and materials
Follow prescribed programs as written and document session notes
Collect and graph data to be used in program evaluation
Conduct assessments as prescribed
Collaborate with Senior Therapists and Clinical Supervisors for program planning and supervision
Participate in team meetings
Facilitate Parent Coaching and community integration goals
Train students and new staff as requested
