Description:

Internally this role is called a Centre Coordinator
We’re looking for a full-time Centre Coordinator (Receptionist) with great social and administrative skills, who loves building relationships and is a self-starter. As the first point of contact for anyone entering your building, you’ll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and going above and beyond, making sure everyone who visits us feels at home.
In this role, no two days are the same! You will be on reception and on your feet helping with customer queries, issuing access cards to customers and contractors, preparing meeting rooms and organising customer events throughout the year.
We are looking for a customer-oriented individual who can bring their personality to the role and make it their own. You’ll need a good understanding of basic IT packages such as MS Office and the ability to think on your feet. You’ll be working in a small team and will have the opportunity to help run a building as though as if it was your own.
