You will drive a positive culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver exceptional outcomes for children, families, and your team. 🧩 Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of educators to deliver high-quality education and care Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and all regulatory requirements Manage centre operations including occupancy, budgets, and financial performance Build strong relationships with families and the local community Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of staff Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for children 🎯 About You Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent) Previous experience in a leadership role within early childhood (Centre Director or Assistant Director) Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and relevant legislation Proven ability to lead teams, manage performance, and drive occupancy Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Current Working with Children Check (QLD Blue Card) 🌟 Why Join Busy Bees?
