Little Shining Stars Early Learning Centre is seeking an exceptional Centre Director to lead our vibrant learning community in Klemzig, South Australia. Join our dedicated team and make a lasting impact on children’s early learning journeys while building strong partnerships with families and the community.

EDUCATIONAL LEADERSHIP:

• Develop and implement high-quality educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework
• Lead curriculum planning and assessment practices
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and reflective practice
• Ensure compliance with National Quality Standards and regulatory requirements

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
• Current Approved Provider or Director qualification (or willingness to obtain)
• Minimum 4-5 years leadership experience in early childhood education
• Strong knowledge of National Quality Standards and regulatory frameworks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams
• Current First Aid, CPR, and Anaphylaxis certificates
• Working with Children Check (WWCC)

As our Centre Director, you will be the educational and operational leader of our centre, responsible for creating an environment where children thrive, families feel valued, and educators are supported to deliver exceptional programs.
