Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing theatre programmes designed for children and youth. This position reports directly to the Head of the Centre for Creative Learning (CCL), with key responsibilities including:

  • Administration and coordination of the department’s training programmes.
  • Supervision and coordination of freelance personnel involved in workshop delivery and production support.
  • Support of the CCL team in maintaining accurate records and carrying out administrative duties related to completed programmes.
  • Assistance with the planning and implementation of workshops, including scheduling, organising materials, and providing on-site support during registration.

We welcome applications from individuals who are detail-oriented, highly proficient in administrative work, and comfortable interacting with the public:

  • At least 3 to 4 years’ work experience; individuals who prefers an administrative role.
  • Good verbal communication skills, with ability to engage with a diverse range of individuals.
  • Occasionally willing to work weekends and evenings for events or workshop delivery.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
