This role combines operational leadership with strong counseling responsibilities, ensuring that students and parents receive the right support in making informed educational decisions. As the Centre Head, you will be responsible for managing the center’s overall functioning, maintaining a positive learning environment, and ensuring smooth coordination between students, parents, faculty, and administrative teams. A significant part of the role involves counseling prospective and existing students, understanding their academic goals, and guiding them toward suitable programs or learning pathways. You will also contribute to improving student engagement, maintaining strong relationships with parents, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction within the center. In addition to counseling responsibilities, you will oversee the center’s operations, manage staff coordination, track student enrollments, and ensure that all academic and administrative processes run efficiently. The position requires someone who is highly organized, empathetic, and capable of balancing operational management with student-focused guidance.
