We currently have an opportunity for a Centre Host to join our award-winning Audi Centre.

As a key customer facing role, our Host team is responsible for:

• Greeting sales and service customers, establishing their needs and putting them in contact with the appropriate team members.
• Checking in’ service customers’ cars on site, and seeing them out in courtesy cars, when booked.
• Providing hospitality to our customers while they are in the showroom, offering refreshments and arranging other services, such as gym and salon bookings.
• Ensuring our showroom and facilities remain presentable and tidy.
• Answering inbound calls for Poole Audi and managing the switchboard.

The ideal candidate will be extremely well presented with a friendly manner and experience in a premium customer service market and call handling.
A uniform will be provided.
