We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Centre Leader to oversee the overall operations, curriculum delivery, and staff management at our preschool. The Centre Leader will play a key role in ensuring that the centre provides a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment that supports children’s holistic development, while meeting all regulatory requirements set by the Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA).

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education – Leadership (DECCE-L) or equivalent, recognised by ECDA.
• At least 2–3 years of leadership/management experience in a preschool setting.
• Strong understanding of ECDA licensing standards and curriculum frameworks.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
• Passionate about early childhood education and committed to the holistic development of young children.

• Provide leadership and direction for the daily operations of the preschool in line with ECDA standards and licensing requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise educators to uphold high standards of teaching and care.
• Oversee curriculum planning and implementation to ensure quality early childhood programmes.
• Develop frameworks and processes to support children’s learning, safety, and well-being.
• Engage and build strong partnerships with parents, families, and the community.
• Manage enrolment, staffing, budgeting, and other administrative functions to achieve centre goals.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including safety, hygiene, and staff-to-child ratios.
• Drive continuous improvement and professional development initiatives within the centre.
