• Experience in managing and operating a facility in leisure or service-related industry.
• Business and financial management skills
• Driving guest experience, sales & retention
• Passion for coaching, developing and mentoring staff
• Practical knowledge of operational management
• Understanding of OHS and public safety applications
• Energetic, innovative and inclusive leadership style
• Availability to work evenings and some weekends

QUALIFICATIONS:

• National Police Check*
• Working with Children Check*
• Current CPR Certificate*
• Current First Aid Certificate (Level 2)*

Due to an internal promotion, we require a new hands-on manager to take full ownership of the operations and performance of AVLC. Lead from the front, motivate and empower a large, passionate team, with autonomy to deliver real change to the centre.
This role is about bringing strategic oversight and day-to-day leadership to ensure a thriving and engaging facility through the aquatics, health club, café, gym and allied health services.
