Our centres are more than just buildings - they’re buzzing communities of entrepreneurs, creators, and changemakers. Now, we’re looking for a proactive, commercially-minded Centre Manager to lead our brand-new innovation centre in Bolton.

This is an exciting opportunity to manage a brand-new innovation centre in the heart of Bolton: The Wellsprings has recently joined our growing Greater Manchester cluster of innovation centres. This is a key role in enhancing the sales, community engagement, operational and ultimate financial performance of the centre.

As Centre Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the centre’s success. You’ll:

• Lead the day-to-day operations, ensuring the centre runs smoothly and delivers exceptional service.
• Build a vibrant, inclusive community of entrepreneurs and innovators.
• Drive commercial performance through space sales, marketing, and customer retention.
• Represent the centre locally and nationally, raising its profile and reputation.
• Manage a multidisciplinary team and foster a high-performing, collaborative culture.
• Work closely with our partners, including Bolton Council, to deliver shared goals and community impact.
