PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The Centre Manager is to ensure the overall smooth running of both schemes, including the recruitment and training of staff whilst maintaining a safe and pleasant environment for our customers through the management of Health & Safety systems and the promotion of best practice throughout all tasks. They are to promote the Centres through initiating and developing strong relationships with other key stakeholders in the towns and the immediate catchment.
The Centre Manager is to split their time across both schemes working a 2 day/ 3 day rotation each week, however requirements to work at either site will be subject to change in order to meet the needs of client and Centre.
