Responsibilities

As an experienced Centre Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the North Parramatta centres, ensuring compliance with regulations, and creating a safe and enriching environment where both children and staff thrive. You’ll also help shape the future of early childhood education by delivering high-quality care, fostering positive relationships, and continuously improving the services we provide.

Here’s a snapshot of what you’ll do:

  • Lead daily operations, including staff management, scheduling, and program implementation
  • Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and uphold a safe, nurturing environment for children
  • Lead our Assessment and Rating process, demonstrating excellence in care and education
  • Manage the centre’s budget and financials, keeping everything running smoothly
  • Build strong relationships with parents, staff, and the community, addressing concerns and celebrating success
  • Mentor and train your team, fostering professional growth and high-quality education
  • Plan and organize educational programs that support children’s cognitive, social, and emotional development
  • Ensure high-quality documentation that showcases the progress and achievements of each child
  • Lead by example, creating a fun, interactive learning environment and a supportive workplace culture
