Arty Learning Pte Ltd, a growing literacy provider is seeking an experienced Centre Manager to oversee our operations and manage a team of dedicated teachers and staff.
As Centre Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our centre, while maintaining a high standard of excellence in all areas of our early literacy enrichment programs.
Your main responsibilities will include managing day-to-day operations, overseeing financial management and budgeting, leading and developing our team of teachers and staff, and ensuring that our programs are tailored to meet the needs of each child and their learning style.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about early childhood education and has a strong background in literacy development.
While an experience in early childhood education is preferred, we welcome candidates who have extensive experience in managing teams and overseeing operations in an early childhood education setting.
Senior teachers or assistant vice principals of childcare centres are also encouraged to apply.
Chinese curriculum Specialist will be a bonus, to handle the Chinese Department.
In addition to strong management skills, the successful candidate will also have excellent communication skills, a collaborative approach to problem-solving, and the ability to build strong relationships with parents and the wider community.
