We are seeking an experienced, energetic and cheerful Centre Manager who shows initiative, has a high degree of professionalism and great interpersonal skills to manage and grow with your team of inspiring passionate, committed educators.
It is expected that you will inspire each child’s potential through our innovative curriculum, inclusive environment and strong family partnerships.
The ideal candidate will be able to build a rapport easily with parents, educators and children as well as having the ability to lead, motivate and mentor the educators and take on new initiatives.

Operational Support: Oversee daily administrative and operational functions of the centre, including staffing rosters, enrolment processes, marketing initiatives, centre events, and internal communications to ensure smooth and efficient centre operations.
Family and Community Engagement: Foster strong, respectful, and collaborative relationships with children, families, and the broader community to build trust, engagement, and a sense of belonging.
Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with all internal policies, relevant legislation, and regulatory frameworks, supporting the centre to meet or exceed National Quality Standards.
Child Safety Commitment: Demonstrate a strong understanding of Child Safe Standards and a proactive commitment to maintaining a child-safe environment where the wellbeing, safety, and voice of every child is respected and prioritised.
