WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

You’ll be the go-to person at the centre – leading the team, keeping operations smooth, and creating a space where clients love to come back week after week.

  • Be the friendly face of RMC, greeting clients with warmth and confidence
  • Build long-term relationships with our regulars – learn their names, their goals, and what keeps them coming back
  • Help grow and retain our client base by creating an experience that feels personal, consistent, and unforgettable
  • Motivate and guide your team to deliver exceptional service, every time
  • Manage rosters, timesheets, staff performance, and day-to-day operations
  • Ensure all equipment and recovery zones are clean, safe, and in top condition
  • Stay across wellness trends and bring fresh ideas to the table
  • Drive membership and sales growth through local engagement and strategic initiatives
  • Collaborate with local businesses and gyms to build brand awareness and partnerships
