About the opportunity: As a Marketing Executive, you’ll play a key role in delivering high‑impact marketing across our retail centres. You’ll support national campaigns through social media, local activations and events that drive foot traffic and sales. Working closely with tenant customers and local partners, you’ll help build strong relationships, foster community connection and enhance customer satisfaction. Reporting to the Centre Manager, you’ll support performance‑led marketing outcomes across centres in the state. What you’ll be doing: Right from the start, you'll do great work with us. In this role, you’ll: Marketing Strategy & Planning - Support development and delivery of centre and regional marketing plans, budgets and initiatives that drive traffic, turnover and measurable ROI. Campaign & Activation Delivery- Implement centre campaigns, activations and events end‑to‑end—managing timelines, stakeholders, brand standards, and post‑campaign analysis. Digital & Social Media Management - Create, schedule and optimise engaging social and digital content aligned to brand voice, customer targeting and local market insights. Financial & Performance Management - Manage marketing budgets, P&Ls, purchase orders and invoices, while analysing turnover, traffic and campaign performance against benchmarks. Tenant & Community Engagement - Build strong tenant relationships, support tenant marketing initiatives, and contribute to customer satisfaction, retention and community connection. You’ll collaborate with a team of curious, smart, and talented individuals who bring energy and expertise to everything they do.
