Responsibilities:

  • Proactive business partnering in operations decision making process, bringing financial / business focus to operations activities, and raising teams´ awareness about financial Key Performance Indicators for evaluating the factory.
  • To facilitate effective resource allocation – support on preparation of budget/plan and provide accurate and timely information to assist factory management in monitoring on going performance.
  • To provide operations management with financial information and Key Performance Indicators on plans and activities, while facilitating effective decisions making and improving spend effectiveness.
  • Follow up on cost of sales with the respective variation analysis.
  • Support the closing month process, as well as update the monthly and annual forecast exercises for costs.
  • Engagement with other functional areas to guarantee the right transfer prices and the proper capitalization of savings identified.
  • Responsible for performance and documentation of various internal and SOX controls.
  • Develop and present analytics to the organization that highlight business risk and opportunities
