Location - The Princess Grace Hospital and Harley Street Campus, London
Full time - 37.5 hours per week

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join HCA Healthcare UK to support our Executive Team.
Within this role, you will provide a range of effective administrative duties to support the Executive Team in their day to day work, you will manage schedules, communications and administrative tasks, enabling to focus on strategic activities.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work as part of the campus-wide administration team to provide proactive and flexible support to the senior leadership team
  • Distribute essential resources to colleagues across clinical and non-clinical areas of the campus
  • Provide meeting support for key internal sessions, including set-up and coordination
  • Cover periods of absence for other assistants across the campus, ensuring continuity of service
  • Assist with planning and delivery of colleague engagement activities and events
  • Maintain strong working relationships with colleagues across multiple locations
  • Ensure all support duties are carried out with professionalism, discretion, and efficiency
