JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly professional, adaptable, and multitasking-capable CEO Assistant to support senior management in efficiently completing daily tasks. It is essential to speak Chinese because our boss is Chinese.This role requires excellent communication skills, cross-cultural adaptability, and a basic understanding of the real estate development and blockchain/foreign exchange industries. The candidate will report directly to the company’s Founder/CEO and provide comprehensive administrative and business support in a fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, Blockchain, or related fields.
  • Work Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a business assistant, project manager, or in a similar role. Candidates with a background in real estate development or blockchain/foreign exchange industries are preferred.
  • Preferred: Female candidates with work experience in Dubai or the Middle East region.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent English proficiency (both written and spoken), with the ability to conduct business communication and document drafting fluently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
  • Strong data analysis skills and business acumen.

  • High sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and professional ethics.
  • Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and cross-cultural adaptability.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the CEO in handling daily tasks, including document organization, schedule management, and meeting coordination.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and various internal departments as well as external organizations, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
  • Assist in drafting various documents, reports, and emails in both Chinese and English.
  • Support market information collection, organization, and analysis, and participate in business negotiations when necessary.
  • Complete other ad hoc tasks assigned by the CEO.
