We have recently shifted our focus to developing an AI-powered insurance product tailored for carriers and brokerages. We are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Co-founder & CEO to lead growth in the insurance space and guide the company through its next phase.
This role requires deep expertise in the insurance industry, particularly working with carriers and brokerages, to help drive our business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead sales and business development efforts to acquire new clients and partnerships, formulate the sales strategy
- Manage customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
- Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and account management
- Identify market opportunities and trends to drive innovation and growth
- Manage a team of highly skilled staff, and contribute to their short- and long-range planning and development
Qualifications:
- Proven B2B sales experience in the insurance space
- Strong insurance background, particularly in carriers and MGAs
- Experience in business development and driving revenue growth
