POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a result driven Chief Executive Officer to lead and oversee the operations of Fortune Capital Holdings and the businesses we acquire. The ideal candidate will be both a strategic thinker and a hands-on operator, with experience in scaling businesses, managing teams and driving profitability.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven leadership experience, ideally as a CEO, Managing Director or General Manager
  • Experience in logistics, transportation or operations management is highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of business finance, budgeting and performance metrics.
  • Experience in managing multiple businesses or business units is an advantage
  • Entrepreneural mindset with the ability to work in a high growth, acquisition focused environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and decision-making skills
  • A degree in Business, Logistics, Finance or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if experience is strong.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of acquired logistics businesses.
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies for each portfolio company.
  • Build and oversee a team of operational managers and staff within each business.
  • Work closely with the advisory board to conduct due diligence and evaluate acquisition targets.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and implement scalable systems and processes.
  • Establish KPIs and performance benchmarks to track company performance.
  • Represent the company with partners, funders and stakeholders.
  • Drive integration and value creation post-acquisition.
  • Report regularly to the Board of Directors and provide strategic recommendations.
