CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER Elite Renewables - Heat Pump & Renewable Energy Company.
THE OPPORTUNITY: Lead an ambitious renewable energy installation business through its next phase of growth. Elite Renewables is a £7m revenue heat pump and renewable energy installer with strong foundations, a fantastic team and significant expansion potential. Following its acquisition in March, we’re now expanding it to build a regional platform through organic growth and strategic acquisitions.
We’re looking for someone who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves, knows the renewables space well, and wants to lead this next stage of its growth. You’ll be working closely with the Operations Director and Group CFO.

Responsibilities

Commercial Leadership:

  • Drive revenue growth from £7m to £20m through organic expansion
  • Continue to lead the build out of a high-performing sales team
  • Develop strategic partnerships with manufacturers, suppliers and commercial clients
  • Oversee pricing strategy and margin optimisation

Operational Excellence:

  • Scale proven systems while maintaining margins
  • Continue to build out the service & maintenance division as recurring revenue stream
  • Ensure installation quality and customer satisfaction across growing team
  • Work with Ops Director to develop and manage operational KPIs and performance management frameworks

Strategic Growth:

  • Spend time with customers and team to understand the challenges and opportunities available
  • Prioritises new business lines, adjustments to company positioning and get buy-in from across the team
  • Support integration of future regional acquisitions into the Elite platform
  • Build relationships with financing partners for customer finance offerings
  • Position Elite as the premium regional installer brand

Team Development:

Working closely with the Ops Director to:

  • Recruit and develop sales, technical and operational talent
  • Create career progression pathways for technical staff
  • Build culture of accountability and continuous improvement
