Responsibilities

CEO ROLE SUMMARY

We are seeking a visionary and operationally strong CEO to lead Zigron’s next wave of growth. This executive will spearhead:

  • Sales & Marketing Expansion — establish scalable go‑to‑market strategy across IoT, AIoT and engineering services.
  • Mergers & Acquisitions Leadership — identify high-potential targets, oversee due diligence, manage integration, and drive value creation.
  • Product and Service Roadmap — shape Zigron’s transition from services-driven to product-plus-services hybrid model.
  • Team and Culture Building — develop high-performing global leadership team aligned to growth objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own full P&L for Zigron’s expansion strategy.
  • Lead customer acquisition, strategic partnerships, and positioning in key verticals like energy, home, manufacturing, infrastructure, buildings, and healthcare.
  • Develop and implement a data-driven marketing strategy positioning Zigron as a leader in AIoT and engineering innovation.
  • Source, evaluate, negotiate, and close M&A transactions in related SaaS, AIoT product, and engineering services companies.
  • Drive post-acquisition integration: consolidate teams, align cultures, harmonize processes, and deliver synergies.
  • Partner with engineering and product to co-create new offerings.
  • Maintain strong investor, board, and stakeholder governance and reporting.
