POSITION OVERVIEW:

The CEO will be responsible for the overall strategic direction, management, and growth of the
company. This role requires a strong leader with a deep understanding of the jewelry market,
exceptional business acumen, and the ability to cultivate relationships with stakeholders. Fluency
in Hebrew and English is essential for success in this position.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Fluency in Hebrew and English (spoken and written).
• Expert knowledge of the diamond recut process, including technical assessment, cutting

strategy, equipment oversight, and value optimization.

• In-depth understanding of jewelry manufacturing processes, quality control, and

production efficiency.

• Expertise in international trade, including import/export compliance.
• Deep familiarity with global diamond and jewelry markets, supply chains, and consumer

trends.

• Proven C-suite or senior executive experience in the jewelry or diamond industry.

• Develop and implement the company’s strategic plan and vision to drive growth and

profitability.

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers,

and industry partners.

• Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the organization.
• Lead and mentor the executive team, promoting professional development and teamwork.
• Analyze market trends and adapt business strategies to meet changing demands.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
