We design and develop custom exhibition products to create audiovisual and immersive experiences. Products & Development: We provide on-the-shelf products in the marine, hospitality, advertisement, and IOT Sector Technology: We design, develop, and manufacture cutting-edge technologies from IoT devices to satellite systems to solve customers’ most challenging operational problems. This 12-week CEO Office Program (PR & Events) sits under the Marketing Department and offers a unique opportunity to support high-impact PR and event projects end-to-end—from planning to on-site execution and reporting. Our aim is to see you grow and consider you as a future colleague. What You'll Do? Support PR communication: press release/news drafts, announcements, short executive comms Media monitoring and weekly reporting (mentions, coverage summaries, insights) Assist event planning & operations: run-of-show, checklists, timelines, on-site coordination Vendor & production follow-up: printing, giveaways, logistics, basic procurement coordination Guest list & RSVP support: list organization, attendance tracking, registration flow support Post-event outputs: asset archiving, short wrap-up reports, learnings & improvement notes 3rd/4th-year undergraduate or Master’s student (Communications, PR, Media, Marketing, Business, or related fields) Minimum 2 days per week availability for 12 weeks Strong written communication, attention to detail, and ownership mindset Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment Basic documentation/presentation skills (Google Workspace / MS Office) Nice to Have PR/events experience via student clubs, volunteering, agency work, or freelance projects English reading/summarizing and basic writing ability Portfolio or sample work (writing, event plan, content samples, etc.)
